Cody Sharpe holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree from the Johnson-Shoyama Graduate School of Public Policy. Cody has worked in the public, private, and non-profit sectors and has over fifteen years experience developing policy advice for organizational leaders, managing programs while directly engaging stakeholders, and educating adult learners in post-secondary and public contexts. Cody has also served as a facilitator and consensus-builder for organizations looking to improve their communications and develop shared strategic priorities. Cody is currently a board member with the Canadian Evaluation Society Education Fund.

Vanessa Amy is earning an MSc in evaluation from the University of Waterloo's School of Public Health Sciences. Vanessa has over fifteen years of experience working in policy and program development in the public and private sectors, including extensive experience with adult education, program evaluation and regulatory compliance. Vanessa has also been an advisor to numerous boards and professional associations, including the Board of Certification of the Canadian Institute of Public Health Inspectors.
