About

Vanessa is the owner of Non-Profit Governance Solutions and has 20+ years of experience
working in policy and program development in the public and private sectors, including
extensive experience with adult education and program evaluation. Vanessa has been an
advisor to over 100 nonprofits across Saskatchewan and Canada, in the areas of board training,
strategic planning and grant writing.

Vanessa is currently a board member with the Moose Jaw Transition House.

Cody holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree from the Johnson-Shoyama Graduate School of Public Policy. He has worked in the public, private, and non-profit sectors and has over fifteen years experience developing policy advice for organizational leaders, managing programs while directly engaging stakeholders, and educating adult learners in post-secondary and public contexts. Cody has also served as a facilitator and consensus-builder for organizations looking to improve their communications and develop shared strategic priorities. Cody is currently a board member with the Canadian Evaluation Society Education Fund.
